Our Services
Individual therapy

Your clinician will utilize a variety of methods and evidence-based approaches to address your presenting concerns. Sessions may also include psychoeducation and training on relevant skills to reduce and manage your symptoms and stressors. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.
Biopsychosocial Assessment
Online or in-person, this is part the intake process and will be performed during your first appointment for all new clients. Your clinician will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your psychological, social, and biological factors to help understand your individual needs and presenting concerns. Based on the information collected during the assessment, a treatment plan will be created and a mental health diagnosis may also be given.
