We’re accepting applications for provisionally licensed and licensed mental health clinicians that are passionate about supporting individuals with trauma, pregnancy, postpartum, and family-building challenges.

We provide a calm, supportive, and collaborative workplace designed to help our clinicians develop a strong caseload of preferred clients, as well as cultivate their clinical skills and competencies.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree

  • Provisionally licensed or licensed with BBS Required. A provisional offer of employment may still be made for applicants with a pending BBS number

  • In-person availability

  • Some late afternoon, evening, and/or weekend availability

  • Full-time: 20-25 client-facing hours per week

  • Part-time: 12-15 client-facing hours per week

Ideal Candidate:

  • Detail-oriented and a self-starter

  • Values being part of a team

  • Highly competent in delivering evidence-based and client-centered care

  • Adaptability, curiosity, and a growth mindset

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Passionate about treating trauma, reproductive mental health, and/or perinatal mental health

  • Willingness to pursue basic and advanced training in perinatal mental health
