Kaela Stephens, LPCC, PMH-C, NCC

Kaela combines her lived experience with fertility and postpartum challenges with her professional training to offer a client-centered approach to therapy. With expertise in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders; fertility challenges; reproductive loss and trauma; pregnancy and infant loss; as well as women's issues, Kaela is dedicated to supporting women and couples in their journey through family building challenges and the perinatal period.

As a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Clinician, she brings specialized knowledge and skills to her practice, ensuring her clients receive the highest standard of care. Additionally, Kaela is an active member of the Mental Health Professional Group of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM), further demonstrating her commitment to staying current with research and advancements in the field. Through her extensive training in reproductive mental health, Kaela is equipped to provide comprehensive and empathetic support to individuals and couples facing these unique challenges.

Kaela is also a trauma-informed therapist with training in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) through The Institute for Creative Mindfulness and Touchstone Institute.
